Travel Agent Information
On-Board Credit and Group Rates: Enjoy a $100 On-board credit in all cabins, divided between the first two guests booked in each cabin within the group at most rates. Please note that a few special rates may not support On-board credit. To maximize your benefits, consider applying the most current advertised pricing, sales, and Past Guest offers for additional discounts and incentives. Keep in mind that Carnival pricing is subject to change before deposit payment.
Booking and Pricing Details: Secure the best chance at group block pricing by booking early, as rates are subject to change at any time. Past guests of Carnival may qualify for even lower pricing; contact us for a personalized quote. Deposits are due at the time of booking and vary based on current offers, sales, and proximity to embarkation. Deposits on group rates (PGY) and (PB4) are 100% refundable if canceled before the final payment due date (11/09/2025). Limited group blocks are available for a short period, with prices subject to change after the block is full. Special sales may offer lower deposits, but they could be non-refundable; inquire when calling.
Optional Insurance and Upgrades: Insurance is optional but highly recommended, with pricing available at the time of booking and payment due at the final payment date. Upgrades and downgrades are subject to availability, so book early to secure a cabin in the best location.
Seminar Attendance and Payments: Bookings must be made through our group block to attend the seminar and secure conference space on the ship. Payments can be made by calling the agent below with a credit, debit, or gift card. Rest assured that payment information is entered directly into Carnival's agent booking system, displaying "Carnival" on your statement. No card information is retained by the agent.
Additional Information: To secure your cruise reservation, please follow our booking instructions and pay directly to Carnival Cruise Lines via Alexis Combs, our designated travel agent. All bookings are subject to Carnival's policies; no exceptions will be made.
