The course start date is the same date as the course purchase date, and that the course must be finished within the allotted time for each individual course enroll (individual course timeframe listed on syllabus). If the course is not finish in the allotted timeframe of one year the individual will be cancelled from the course. Certain courses or experience level prior to enrollment as noted in the course syllabus (where applicable) and that adhering to these recommendations may determine everyone’s successful completion of the course. Everyone must have a minimum of a high school diploma or general education development (GED) certificate to be eligible for the certification exam. Taking, completing, and passing the exam preparation course or practice examination does not in any way result in or guarantee passing the actual AAPC© certification examination.

REFUND POLICY

With certain exceptions, products purchased from Stirling Global Solutions LLC are not refundable. Online classes, books, audio-conferences (webinars), boot camps, consulting agreements, on-site services and tutoring are non-refundable, and credit will not be issued. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Refunds will not be issued for AAPC© Membership, on-line practice exams or Practicode.
