In this session, we’ll explore practical, audit-driven strategies for training providers on CDI concepts in a way that resonates with their workflow, mindset, and time constraints. Learn how to translate audit findings into action plans that foster buy-in, reduce query fatigue, and sharpen documentation clarity without adding friction to clinical operations.

Unlock the complexities of incident-to and split/shared billing in this essential session, designed for auditors navigating the blurred lines between compliance and productivity. We’ll explore how incident-to services, when properly documented, allow Medicare billing under the supervising physician and how split/shared services can be leveraged under AMA and payer-specific guidelines in facility settings. With increasing scrutiny on billing practices and supervision requirements, this session will break down the rules, dispel the myths, and equip auditors with practical tools to identify red flags and ensure accurate, defensible claims.
